Risk analysis with an analyst's judgment

All the information needed for the assessment is there, spread across several sources. What's in short supply is the time of the person who knows how to read it.

Where it gets stuck today

  • The analysis is done by whoever has the judgment, so the volume that can be assessed depends on how many hours that person has.
  • Comparing against history and against the best in the category takes time, so in practice it's only done when the case already looks bad.
  • Two different analysts reach different conclusions about the same case.

What the agent does

  1. 01

It gathers the case information from the sources where it already lives.

  2. 02

It compares against the customer's own history and against the category benchmark.

  3. 03

It produces the risk rating with an explanation of how it got there, not just the number.

  4. 04

It makes every data point it used traceable, so the analyst reviews the reasoning instead of redoing the work.

  5. 05

It escalates the case to a person when the information isn't enough to reach a conclusion, instead of filling the gap.

Systems

Your operational data sources, your management system and the internal channels where your team reviews.

What's measured

Cases assessed per period, consistency across assessments of the same type of case, and analyst time returned to the cases that actually need judgment.
