A Neuraan agent carries each process between your systems and your team and, when judgment is needed, hands the case to a person with the context already assembled.
Each process adapts to your systems, your rules and the exceptions in your operation. The processes follow the order of an operating day: before it starts, while it's running and at close. They all read the same way: what the agent does, where a person decides, what's measured and what it connects to.
Before the day starts
Product allocation to distribution centers
What the agent does. It calculates what product each distribution center needs based on inventory, expected sales and what's in transit, and builds the shipment schedule with your rules.
Where a person decides. Whoever coordinates shipments approves the schedule before it becomes an order.
What's measured. Planning cycle time, how closely the schedule fits your inventory policy and how much the approver corrects.
What it connects to. The inventory system, forecast sales and the rules your team maintains.
Supply release
What the agent does. It prepares the supply plan in the planning system, applies each site's constraints and gets the release files ready.
Where a person decides. The planner reviews the adjustments before the files go out.
What's measured. Hours of manual work in the process and how much of the agent's calculation a person corrects.
What it connects to. The planning system and file exchange.
Daily purchasing reports
What the agent does. Every day it builds the purchasing reports that are usually done by hand, cross-checking the purchasing system against your suppliers' files.
Where a person decides. The buyer reviews and corrects each report before using it.
What's measured. Time to have each report and how much the reviewer corrects.
What it connects to. The purchasing system and your suppliers' files.
While operations are running
Transportation performance
What the agent does. It brings deliveries and routes together in a single view and takes the services nearing their deadline to the coordinator, with the context already assembled.
Where a person decides. The transportation coordinator decides what to do with each service.
What's measured. Time to have the consolidated view and how many services are handled before they pass their deadline.
What it connects to. The delivery and routing systems, and GPS.
Installation scheduling
What the agent does. It receives the case, creates the account and contact, agrees on a date and place with the customer on the channel where they actually reply, notifies the installer and closes the case once the installation is done.
Where a person decides. Cases that call for judgment reach the coordinator with the full log.
What's measured. Days from when the case comes in until the installation is complete, and how many cases need a person.
What it connects to. The CRM, the messaging channel and the system that records installations.
Delivery verification with the end customer
What the agent does. It takes the delivery status and confirms with each end customer that they received their order. When they don't confirm or the delivery was partial, it records what was missing and takes the case to whoever is responsible for the delivery.
Where a person decides. A person reviews each unconfirmed case before acting.
What's measured. How many deliveries are verified, how many customers respond and how many cases are caught before a complaint.
What it connects to. The order system, delivery status and the messaging channel.
Fleet fuel efficiency
What the agent does. It checks each vehicle's fuel efficiency against its expected range and, when one falls outside it, takes the case to whoever is responsible for that region with what it found.
Where a person decides. Whoever is responsible for the region decides what to do with the vehicle.
What's measured. How many out-of-range vehicles get reviewed and how long the case takes to reach the person who decides.
What it connects to. GPS and fleet management systems.
At close
Daily distribution center report
What the agent does. It consolidates each center's operation at the end of the day into a single report.
Where a person decides. A person reviews the report, corrects it if needed and decides what to address.
What's measured. Time to have the report and how much the reviewer corrects.
What it connects to. Each center's warehouse management system.
Consolidation of your customers' sales and inventory (sell-out)
What the agent does. It logs into your customers' portals with your team's credentials, downloads the sales and inventory reports, standardizes them and leaves them consolidated.
Where a person decides. If a portal asks for a verification code, the agent asks the person in charge for it. Your team manages the credentials.
What's measured. Time for a full cycle, accuracy against the original report and how many runs finish without help.
What it connects to. Your customers' portals and your team's folders.
Don't see your process above?
The ones above are the most common, not the only ones. If yours is an advance payment waiting for approval, a month-end close that's put together by cross-checking several files or a delivery that only gets confirmed if someone calls, we model it with your team and build the agent on the systems you already use.
